EXANTAS real estate is a certified local business and is directed by John Psomas ( the father) and his son Manolis, In addition to this, we have a big network of local and selected international collaborators in order to help you with anything related to your real estate. We live and work in the region of Rethymnon throughout the year where we also run a Restaurant-cafe with nice view since 1995, so you can combine your search about real estate with your trip. John Psomas is the chairman of Exantas Real Estate. Mr Psomas, a retired bank manager (Agricultural Bank of Greece), has studied finance and business administration at the university of Athens, Greece. In addition to our company, he successfully runs Exantas Cafe-Restaurant.

He is extremely aware of the local market through his significant and extensive experience. John psomas

Manolis Psomas is the general manager. He has studied mechanical - engineering, and computer programming .
He is responsible for communications as well as with regards to customer services.

John Dafnomilis 55 years old born in Greece of Greek mother and Cretan father.Resident of the U.K for 35 yrs employed as a sales rep, now decided to return to his roots and join the successful family firm as Operations manager in Exantas Real estate. Dafnimilis

Manos Papadakis has studied Physics at the University of Crete, Greece, and has also obtained MSc in Computer Science from Essex University (UK) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Southampton University (UK). He has worked in the accounting department of a Law firm, based in Southampton(UK). He is our external collaborator who specializes in website content management, programming and design as well as liaising with foreign customers, using his excellent communication, negotiation skills and business knowledge.
